Description
The Membership Communication Specialist assists the Panel team with communications and marketing tasks critical to recruiting and managing Op4G’s market research and health care panels.

Requirements
– excellent written and oral communication skills
– excellent social and conversational skills
– experience with, and ability to use, social media for marketing and outreach
– experience using email marketing software, or ability to learn
– professional appearance, work ethic, and demeanor

– experience with blogging software, graphic design software, etc. not required, but a definite plus

-excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and meet deadlines

Selected Duties

-Work with Membership & Marketing Director to implement a membership drip campaign to educate new and existing members on how to be successful in taking surveys.
– lead generation and follow-up using email marketing tools
– assist with outreach and marketing to non-profits and other organizations/companies in support of Op4G’s panel strategy (recruitment and panel management)
– develop one-pagers, email content, and social media campaigns in support of recruitment and outreach
– interface with and assist corporate marketing team as needed
-Assist in community nurturing by creating softball surveys for new communities.
-Ensure prolonged community engagement through weekly omnibus surveys (as needed).
-Weekly communication with the client development team about jobs being sold, recruitment needs and support.

Full time, salary. Pay depending on experience between $35,000-38,000
