Frank Nappo

Frank Nappo

President & Chief Executive Officer

Frank is a non-profit executive with over 20 years of experience in fundraising, finance, program development and human resources. He joined Op4G after 11 years of service as the Seacoast YMCA’s Executive Director.

He holds his undergraduate degree from Springfield College and Masters from George Williams College. He lives in Portsmouth, NH with his wife Aileen and their 5 children. He is passionate about his family, gardening, and being in the out of doors. He is an active member and volunteer in his local Rotary club.

Frank Hayden

Chief Operational Officer

Frank oversees the client revenue, marketing and global operations. He has been pivotal in creating sales and service teams that work together, in partnership, to surpass client expectations and to deliver Op4G’s messaging of technology, quality and providing on‐line respondent access. Prior to Op4G, Frank worked for Toluna, formerly Green Field Online, (a pioneer in internet research). Frank is a guest lecturer at Depaul University in Chicago for their MBA Marketing Program. He is an active speaker in the research conference circuit and long-term AMA member. Frank is a graduate of the University of Texas, with a BBA in Finance and in Marketing. He resides in Evanston, IL with his wife and 2 children. In his spare time, Frank enjoys playing tennis, travel, cooking and going to live sporting events with his family.

Archie Ignacio

VP of Client Services

Archie joined Op4G in April of 2011 with 6 years of experience in the Online Market Research industry focusing on operations, project execution and client services. He is experienced in managing both qualitative and quantitative research studies including product testing, consumer and B2B from large scale ad hoc to continuous tracking.

Prior to Op4G, Archie worked for Toluna where he helped develop and establish the first client services delivery team in the US in 2006. He lives in Washington, DC with his wife. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling and the outdoors, playing in basketball leagues and exploring all DC has to offer.

Chris Stearns

Chief Technology Officer

Chris has been with Op4G since 2010 and oversees technology and technology operations. He has been working with online technologies since the late 1990s as a software developer, project manager, and team leader in a variety of organizations and startups. One highlight of that experience included being part of the team at a small startup––that won an invitation to pitch their technology in the ‘Demo Pit’ at the 2008 TechCrunch 50 conference.

He enjoys SEC football, fishing and the outdoors, and spending time with his family.

Peter Aitkin

VP of Sales

VP of Sales: Pete Aitkin has over 12 years of experience in the Online Market Research industry focusing on client development and managing key accounts. He has extensive experience in both cultivating new accounts as well as growing existing ones. Pete is responsible for bringing on new clients, managing the sales team and revenue growth.

Prior to Op4G, Pete worked for Toluna(formerly Greenfield Online) where he managed major accounts including two of the largest five accounts within the organization. Pete graduated from Siena College with a BS in Marketing Management while being a captain of the lacrosse team. He lives in Fairfield, CT and in his spare time he enjoys boating, snowmobiling and playing lacrosse.

Scott Eversole

Membership Development Director

Scott joined Op4G in the summer of 2012, bringing 14 years of Digital Marketing experience. Prior coming on board he directed the start-up and build out of IronOffers Ltd., an interactive performance network. Over a period of 4 years his team was able to achieve a Website Magazine Top 50 Web Ranking – Affiliate Networks #32; INC. Top 100 Companies by Industry – #48 Advertising and Marketing; and was among the Deloitte 2009 Technology Fast 500 winners – #125 Internet. Scott graduated from Emory & Henry College and received a Masters and Ed.S. degree in School Psychology from Radford University. He resides in Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley with his wife and three children. In his spare time he and his family love to canoe the James River.

Daniel Harriman

Senior Project Manager

Daniel Harriman completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a Master of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Alabama Culverhouse School of Commerce & Business Administration. He has since added 6+ years of experience in online market research and project management. He is well versed in several different survey design and reporting tool software platforms as well as a strong track record of providing leadership, managing complex projects and finding solutions in a fast-moving, technology-driven marketplace. Daniel lives in Huntsville, Alabama where he keeps strong ties to his alma mater and the UA football team. When Daniel is not working with a client perfecting a research project, he enjoys golf, spending time with his twin sister, and traveling.

Kellie Prial

Corporate Administrative Support Staff

Kellie has been working with the great team at OP4G since 2011. Currently, Kellie works with clients and members in the Account Management Department in Portsmouth New Hampshire.

She holds an undergraduate degree from California State University, Chico and a Masters from Illinois State University. Living a very active life style, Kellie enjoys skiing, golfing and hanging out at the beach with her husband and daughter.

Meghan Sullivan

Social Media & Non-Profits Coordinator

Meghan Sullivan works part-time for Op4G, assisting primarily with Op4G’s social media, blog, and monthly newsletter. Based in Ottawa, Canada, Meghan completed her Bachelor of Arts degree at Wellesley College and Oxford University. She then earned a Master of Public Policy degree at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government. In addition to her work at Op4G, Meghan is a Senior Policy Advisor. She is an avid athlete, playing both varsity basketball and softball in university. Meghan is also passionate about international and environmental issues and volunteers for several related non-profits.

Ryan Stoudt

Senior Director, Client Development

Ryan is responsible for revenue growth and managing major client relationships for Op4G. His background includes over five years experience in sales and client development with the majority of this experience being in market research. Prior to Op4G, Ryan worked at Toluna where he was in charge of rebuilding relationships with end users and large marketing research firms. Ryan graduated with honors from Texas Christian University where he received his BBA in Marketing. In his spare time, Ryan enjoys playing any type of sport outside and running with his dog Ranger.
